Nutrition by Namita offers personalised consultation plans ranging from a one-time session to a 12-month program. The following refund terms apply to all consultation plans purchased through our website or via direct payment.
If you cancel your plan at least 24 hours before your scheduled first consultation, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Once your first consultation session has commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstance. This applies to all plans regardless of how many sessions remain. By booking and attending your first session, you accept this policy in full.

Nutrition by Namita sells digital products including meal plan PDFs (such as the Insulin Resistance Meal Plan). These are delivered instantly upon payment.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. This is because digital content cannot be returned once delivered. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
We will issue a full refund or resend the file at no charge in the following situations:

Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not process refunds via cash, bank transfer or alternate accounts. The Razorpay transaction ID in your payment confirmation email is required for all refund requests.

Important: Nutrition results vary between individuals based on age, health conditions, medication, consistency and lifestyle factors outside of Namita's control. Lack of expected results alone does not constitute grounds for a refund. Namita commits to providing expert, personalised guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication.
If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to provide payment and service records to Razorpay and the relevant financial institution and to suspend future service access pending resolution.
Nutrition by Namita reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
